I'm Lily (she/her) and I'm CCCBC's current President. I joined CCCBC in 2020, and rowed in W1 in my first year where we achieved blades at Summer Torpids 2021. I was then Women's Captain in 2022. I am excited to be the President of the Club this year and cannot wait to see what our crews can do at Torpids, Eights, and beyond!
If you would like to get in touch please do contact me.
I'm Freddie, the Boat Club Treasurer. I'm a fourth year Chemist and have rowed since Trinity of my second year. I’m from London and am a great believer in ergs (now if only they floated…). My job is to ensure the Boat Club remains in existence by paying our bills and chasing people who owe us money – so pay your subs on time please! If you need to contact me or you have some excellent plan that would raise us lots of money, you can reach me at frederic.scowen@ccc.ox.ac.uk.
Hi! I’m Sophia and I’m CCCBC’s secretary. I’m in my second year studying law and started rowing as a novice when I first came to Oxford. I’m responsible for making sure the administrative side of the boat club runs smoothly.
I'm Rory, a second year biochemist and men's captain. I started rowing with Corpus as a novice last year and am excited for another great year with the club. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like to get involved!
Hi, I’m Beth and I’m the current women’s captain at CCCBC. I’m a third year medic, and I started rowing as a novice last year. Both rowing and coxing have been such a great way to take a break from work and socialise. Feel free to contact me if you need anything at all at bethany.longworth@ccc.ox.ac.uk
Hi! I'm Elisabeth, a second-year chemist and Captain of Coxes. I've been rowing and coxing for nearly 8 years, and am looking forward to helping all our coxes develop their skills! If you need to reach me with any questions or you are interested in learning to cox, my email is elisabeth.edwards@ccc.ox.ac.uk
Hi, Im Chris, a second year Materials Scientist and Mens Vice Captain which means I help out the captain when needed. I had very little rowing experience before Corpus and rowing was definitely one of the highlights of my first year here so would recommend it to anyone. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Hi, I’m Ben. I’m a second year materials scientist and the social sec for CCCBC. I started rowing in my first term at uni and have had lots of fun with the club both on and off the water. It’s my job to organise and run social events. If you have any questions please contact benjamin.mcnab@ccc.ox.ac.uk
Heyoo! I'm Owen (he/him), a fourth year medic and Corpus' esteemed water safety officer! I love water. I love safety. As you can imagine, this role is my calling. I've been rowing - and very occasionally coxing - for Corpus since my fresher days in 2020, and I'm still looking forward to our imminent and safe rise to headship this year (yeah Corpus!)
